Coaching Agreement:

This agreement is between Elevate Authentically (the company) and You (the clien) and is effective when you complete your purchase of course, coaching, or training.

Payment is expected before any services are rendered. Payments are accepted through our shopping portal. All deposits/payments are non-refundable.

Once payment is made, the company will send the client an onboarding questionaire. Once onboarding is complete, the client will receive a calendar to choose the day of the week, and time for weekly coaching for the duration of the coaching program.

The company will be available for all scheduled coaching sessions, and the client is expected to also be availabe. In cases of emergency or inability to keep the appointment both parties agree to give at least 24 hours notice and make themselves available for reschedule.
